چکیده
The article explores the legal institution of transnational public policy, which is unfamiliar in Russian judicial practice. This type policy usually only mentioned passing studies dealing with application clause. Meanwhile, a quite complex phenomenon, on nature and even expediency which, there are diametrically opposed opinions. disputes concerning largely stem from more global contradictions caused by existence various theories about international arbitration.
